Motivation and Confidence

It’s  About Confidence, Motivation & Inspiration!

Here are a few tips to how to help us all! Some of these have help me too!

  • Daily if possible Set goals, find joy and call a friend, family person.  Share a funny story or some fond memories of silly things you did!
  • Mastering something as a setting a reachable goal for the day – creating a song list;  trying a new recipe or exercising.
  • A second daily essential is finding an element of pleasure: eating a delicious snack or taking a bath, for instance.  Enjoy Life!
  • Take mental inventory of your well-beingtake a few slow, deep breaths and remind yourself of what is true to yourself, then while you are taking those slow deep breath, your heart is beating and there is a feeling of easy feeling and any anxious feeling just may go away!
  • Limit media intakeadjust the specific times during the day to view news. Turn on some your favorite tunes that bring those good memories back.  Dance around the house, no one is looking!!! 
  • We all like to be inform as far as news and etc but there are times we just need to step away!  Right!
